Image
After searching a lot on Facebook and using google image, I found Luke’s personal Facebook…. In fact, I didn’t… this was just a little social experiment to see how many of you did start reading this post just tempted by the title, sorry if I disappoint you but please keep reading and comment, my grades will thank you! For those who don't know Luke, he is my teacher from Social Media Marketing and it's just a little paranoid about his social media, in fact, he told us in class that we may not be able to find his personal Facebook, and even if we did he won't accept us as friends I we add him! Now, being serious what I really have is “The tipping point” audiobook and E-pub, and I think it’s a really good book, and one of the things that I like the most is that it presents some case studies of why things spread and how, and why others may not, some examples on the book are the Hush Puppies history, Paul Revere, Cholera, others not so pleasant like gonorrhoea, so if you ar

In the last weeks, I realized a lot of things regarding social media. 1. Now I understand why Twitter is so popular.... we don't want to read more than140 characters.. this is for my classmates... I really have tried to read your blog post... but as my last post there are extremely long.. and we don't want to read that much... this one is going to be very short 2. It's really scary how easily you can find someone on the internet with just a picture!! I did this form my phone while waiting for my girlfriend, it took me less than 3 minutes to find each of the 2 photos Luke gave us!! Photo provided by professor Luke Greenacre for educational purposes This was the first photo I searched for and the only thing that I had to do was to upload it on google images Snapshot of results of Google image Snapshot of results of Google image Just search on the results and it looks like the name for this woman is Sarah Lomas Snapshot of @slomie twitter homepa

Every day the democratization of the internet its bigger reaching 54% of world total population on April of 2018, that represents 4.087 billion of users (Hootsuite, 2018) , this can be traduced in the high marketing efficiencies by reaching   and interact with this amount of people (Petrescu & Korgaonkar, 2011) Every day the use of Internet-based advertising is increasing, and traditional such as TV, radio, magazines newspapers are losing ground, most of this interaction is based on social media, this information is used by managers to understand this potential of   the internet to complement the traditional word of mouth, and transform it into an online viral way to communicate with consumers (Petrescu & Korgaonkar, 2011) . In this way, business is changing their advertising methods to suit the emerging trends in consumers by interacting with active social members that to April of 2018 reach 3.297 billion that represents the 43% of the population (Hootsuite, 2018) .

First Social Media Class

So first social media class... nice teacher... speaks extremely fast.. but it was ok, I did understand 90% of what he said... the other 10% was about things that I never heard in my entire life.. first, he started to name a lot of websites that I have no idea Puttypie.com (not even sure if it is spelled like that) Logan Paul (who the fuck is this guy... need to start to look it up) slashdot.com (never heard of it) Borepanda.com (at least one I knew about) Reddit.com (no fucking idea) Imgurl.com ( i think I have heard of it, not sure) Kloof (it supposed to be a social media for dogs or pets....not going there.. I'll spend a lot of time in there) Twitch. com ( or something like that... in his exact words it's a livejasmin.com for gamers, hahaha) and another bunch of things that I have no idea. He also talked about the G's and for g's he ment 3g, 4g and the coming 5g and that in some places on Malasia it was 2g.. and he was amazed with that... well in Colombia
